We were in the process of moving into a new home and not happy with how the carpeting Read More looked. The former owner’s said they had the carpeting professionally cleaned, but the job that was done was terrible. Bobby met us at the house in the evening. Measured and gave us an estimate then proceeded to use a black light to find any soiled areas especially from pet urine. He taped those areas. Showed up the next day at the scheduled time. Worked almost four hours pre-spotting and cleaning the carpeting. I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend them.

I thought that Fancy Floors did a great job on the carpets. He was on time and got started Read More right away. We had a little miscommunication but I called and he came right back out to clean the room that was accidently missed.
