Robert has been doing my carpets for probably about 10 years and I just don’t have enough Read More good things to say about him. Not only does he do a great job every single time but he’s such a nice person. He’s got a good sense of humor, and very easy to talk to. Every time he comes to my house to clean I always think there’s gonna be some stains that just won’t come up but when he leaves the carpet looks perfect every single time.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience ever, and gets 5 stars. Robert from A Fancy Read More Floor Professional Carpet Cleaning called to book the appointment within 30 minutes of me going onto Angi’s website to get a quote. I was very skeptical, since my previous experiences were not good. Robert offered a guarantee, and because I wanted a Saturday appointment, we confirmed the next day. On the day of the appointment, Robert called to let us know he could arrive 30 minutes early. My husband and I were thrilled, Robert had offered to move the furniture, and bring his own water supply, but we opted to move our own large pieces, and have him tap into our water supply to save money. Robert was a true professional, arrived early, and finished the job in under 2 hours. The carpet looks fantastic, the quality is unmatched, I will use the service again, I have already referred to two of my family members.
